Printing houses

Grano’s Tampere office was our first printing house customer. Some of Grano’s customers, such as those in the construction industry, also need to pick up various printed products outside normal opening hours. Grano’s customers quickly adopted the locker, and in addition to Tampere, Smartbox lockers have also been introduced at Grano’s offices in Hämeenlinna, Kuopio, Espoo, Jyväskylä, Helsinki, Kouvola, Lahti, Oulu and Turku.

Integrating the Smartbox locker with the company’s existing internal systems, such as the customer management system, can be done by us with no problem. In this way the Smartbox locker is smoothly integrated into the service.
